Guest Speaker: Christy Marlowe-Cedillo - REDI Carpet Account Manager

Christy Marlowe-Cedillo is an Account Manager with REDI Carpet, a national flooring wholesaler.  Since 1981 REDI has grown to become one of the largest suppliers of flooring to the Multi-housing industry.   This includes flooring to R.E.O. (Real Estate Owned) properties - Residential and Commercial.
She will share her knowledge of flooring with us.  Hear about carpet vs. recycled carpet, ceramic vs. porcelain tile, laminate vs. engineered hardwood.  See, touch, and feel samples.  (You might want to take notes)
As an Account Manager she “hands on.”  This includes evaluating the needs, making recommendations, on-site measuring and in-depth proposals.   Her integrity, upbeat attitude, and “I’ll take care of it” approach, endears her to her customers.  (And she tells great jokes!)   
                    She is involved with the A.M.A. (Arizona Multi-housing Association), I.R.O.C (Independent Rental Owner’s Council), and I.R.E.M. (Institute of Real Estate Management), and looks forward to becoming a member of A.I.C.A.
